"Dear Frances, I have received and carefully read your letter to me following the signing of the Statement of Principles for Self Government of the Palestinians.
Your words and congratulations are heartwarming and they are for me and certainly for the Ministers of the Government a source of encouragement for the road ahead.
We are embarking on a long journey for the benefit of the State of Israel and for the sake of our children and grandchildren.
It will have obstacles and difficulties alongside successes and beautiful moments.
Your blessings will be with us along the way.
Thanks from the bottom of my heart, Yitzhak Rabin
