Shimon Peres (1923-2016) Israeli Politician who served as the ninth Prasident of Israel (2007-2014) and Prime Minister of Israel twice. He was a member of 12 Cabinets in a career spanning 70 years . At his retirement in 2014 he was the World's oldest Head of State and the last link to Israel's founding generation. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1994.
